Inclusion Oriented was founded by Aminou B Amadou, a former Direct Support Professional and Director of Services. In 2019, Amin co-founded Prism of Possibilities, bringing his passion for person-centered initiatives to life. Since then, Inclusion Oriented has grown to serve numerous individuals, providing essential services that improve the quality of life and foster a sense of belonging within the community.

Aminou B Amadou, our Executive Director, brings a wealth of experience as Direct Support Professional and formal co-founder of Prism of Possibilities; a company specialized in various services for physically and mentally impaired individuals. Aminou has dedicated himself to enriching our communities by providing avenues for our clients to acquire new skills and enhance existing ones.
Amin’s success and deep compassion in this field stem from his personal experience with his younger son. The family embarked on an incredibly successful journey to discover and ensure he receives all the care necessary to completely thrive in all aspects of life. Through Inclusion Oriented, Amin does not just aim to provide great services but to also cultivate a vibrant, inclusive environment for all.
