Executive Director

Founded by Aminou B Amadou, a former Direct Support Professional and Director of Services, Inclusion Oriented focuses on person-centered initiatives that promote independence, personal growth, and community integration. With a rich history of service and a commitment to excellence, our team provides invaluable support through education, medical services, mentoring, job skill building, and mental health assistance.

Aminou B Amadou, our Executive Director, brings a wealth of experience as Direct Support Professional and formal co-founder of Prism of Possibilities; a company specialized in various services for physically and mentally impaired individuals. Aminou has dedicated himself to enriching our communities by providing avenues for our clients to acquire new skills and enhance existing ones.
